Chocolate Ganache

INGREDIENTS
o 200g of dark chocolate
o 200g of heavy cream
o 30g of butter
METHOD
1. Cut chopped chocolate.
2. Put the cream in a saucepan over low heat leads to the threshold of a boil.
3. Remove from heat and pour the chocolate into the cream, stirring with a whisk.
4. 5. Continue to stir until creamy smooth and fluid.
6. Let cool completely before using it to stuff.
